We started Ballast because most of the supplement aisle does the opposite. It sells spikes and crashes, mega-blends stuffed with a dozen half-doses, and "proprietary" labels that hide how little of anything you're actually getting. It's loud, and it's built to be re-bought, not relied on.
Our answer is deliberately boring. Four essentials: focus, calm, strength and longevity. Each doing a single job at a dose you can read on the label. Nothing hidden in a blend, nothing there for the marketing. Made in the USA in a GMP-compliant facility, with no unnecessary fillers.
