<p>Welcome to Ballast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ballastsupplements.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.</p>

<p>Ballast products are dietary supplements. They are <strong>not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease</strong>. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or by any equivalent regulatory authority.</p>
<p>The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. <p>In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, even after an order confirmation has been sent.</p>

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorised or illegal activity, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. Because our products are manufactured and packaged to order through our fulfilment partner, orders can generally only be changed or cancelled before they enter production, as described in our Refund Policy.</p>

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and you authorise us to charge your order total (including taxes and shipping where applicable) to that method.</p>

<p>Shipping timeframes, costs, and delivery terms are set out in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>. Both policies form part of these Terms.</p>

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.</p>
